A clear process from first contact to final delivery, built around transparency, precision, and a shared visual language.
Send your project info via email at nordiccolorist@gmail.com. Include as much detail as you can: format, timeline, and a brief on the visual direction you have in mind. I will get back to you with a quote within 1 to 2 days.
The quote is specific and transparent. No ambiguity about what is included. You know exactly what you are getting before any work begins.
Once the quote is approved, you deliver the locked cut as either an XML or a master file. Material is uploaded through a secure upload link I provide. No need to send physical drives.
I start with an initial look test on selected clips to establish the visual direction together. Once that is locked in, full grading of the project begins. Feedback runs in structured rounds, as many as agreed in the quote, up to three.
Finished master or files are delivered according to the agreed specifications. The invoice is issued in line with the payment terms set out in the quote. The terms are straightforward, with no surprises.
